The TNW consists of the following five transport companies:
With a revenue share of just under half of the TNW total, the BVB is the largest partner. This is followed by the BLT and the SBB with about 20 percent each. Postauto and AAGL generate the remaining 10 percent.
The basis for revenue distribution to individual transport companies is determined by passenger numbers/kilometres. Each transport company is responsible for collecting information for the routes that they provide, and is achieved either by automatic passenger counting systems or tallying data manually.
